Become a Real Estate Salesperson
In order to get a Salesperson license, you must be 18 years or older, pass a government background check, and pass the DRE-administered Salesperson State Exam. In order to qualify for this exam, you must complete three courses:

Once you complete the three required pre-license courses, apply for the Salesperson State Exam (we recommend the Combined Salesperson Examination and License Application found below). It can take up to six weeks for the DRE to process your application.

3-Course Package $595
This package includes EVERYTHING you need in order to become a Real Estate Salesperson! Including all three required courses plus the Salesperson Crash Course to help you pass the State Exam!
2-Course Online Package $449
This package only includes two of the required three courses plus the Salesperson Crash Course. This is ideal for those who completed an elective in college. The DRE will generally accept Business Law, Economics, or Accounting from an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university. Contact the DRE directly for questions on if your college course qualifies.
Practice Online Package $299
This package only includes the Real Estate Practice course and the Salesperson Crash Course. This is ideal for those who have already completed Real Estate Principles and one elective course. Or, those who have already completed all 3 required courses, but need to retake Real Estate Practice as per the DRE to comply with SB 1495.
Can be switched for Principles course.
Individual Courses $199
You might prefer to just take the required courses. All of the required pre-license courses are available for individual purchaseat the rate of $199 per course.
Note: This does NOT include the Salesperson Crash Course.
